[QScintilla] Crash when ~ typed

One of users reported, that QScintilla crashes, when the user tries to enter
^ with AltGr+(key which is located near "1").
For reproduce the crash, he

1) Installed "monkeystudio" package from Kubuntu 11.04 repository
2) Opened a perl file with it
3) Enterred
   whitespace,=,~,whitespace
on German keyboard

It is also reported, that crash reproduced on KDE+Mac keyboard

For Kubuntu 11.04  QScintilla  package version is  2.4.5-0ubuntu4.
