[QScintilla] Verilog/VHDL lex parser

I have made a few things on my own for an old project. Feel free to
use if you want:

        vloglex = new QsciLexerVerilog(editor);
        vloglex->setFoldAtElse(true);
        vloglex->setFoldComments(true);

        vloglex->setColor(QColor("black"), QsciLexerVerilog::Default);
        vloglex->setColor(QColor("blue"), QsciLexerVerilog::Comment);
