[QScintilla] Setting paper color

Hello all,

I've been scratching my head at this for a couple of hours now.. How do I
exactly set the color of the paper if the language lexer is set?

Calling the setpaper() method of the lexer only colors the background of
the text not the rest of the editor.

Any help would be much appreciated

p.s I'm using version 2.6
