[QScintilla] Matlab/Octave lexer issues

The current matlab lexer does not correctly display nested multiline 
comments or display correctly after the '...' operator.
Attached is a patch that fixes these issues. This same patch has been 
submitted and accepted into Scintilla 3.3.1.
