[QScintilla] Call tips in qt

Hi,

Reading the documentation of Scintilla at
http://www.scintilla.org/ScintillaDoc.html#CallTips, it states that the
call tips are not implemented on Qt.
Does QScintilla have call tips? If not, is this a planned feature?
