[QScintilla] how to compile 2.8.4 ??

Thanks, Phil.  It threw me off that the files had extensions ".doc"-- I 
thought they were Word(tm) files.  :)

For those doing this after me me, it would also be helpful to know that 
qmake is hidden away in the qt-devel package.
