[QScintilla] Embedding Python edit/debugger/console

Hi Andrew,

if you look for a QScintilla based Python editor, debugger and a console
which is written in C++ and uses Python as embedded scripting language, you
can also have a look
at our software project itom (itom.bitbucket.org).
