Good news: this release changes the library names to be parallel-
installable (between qt4 and qt5).

Bad news is that it breaks most software builds that use qscintilla. :(

Fwiw, I've put compatibility symlinks in fedora packaging to workaround 
this until software projects have time to adapt to the new scheme.
