Build QScintilla in Flatpak

I currently try to build QScintilla in a Flatpak. PyQt6 works without
any problems, but QScintilla fails wit  sip-install:
'/tmp/tmpnymxdkaq/cfgtest_Qsci/./Qsci' didn't create any output and I#m
unable to solve this issue. The build script works outside of flatpak
builder without any problems. I use kde Platform 6.2 as base which
already included the normal Qt (not QScintilla) so I only need to build
the bindings. I has attached all my files. Maybe someone who know the
build process better has a idea.
