ANN: QScintilla v2.13.3 Released

Hi Phil,

this is good news because the KDE Wayland issue caused a deletion of 
text. Unfortunately there is no new release for PyQt6 variant on PyPI 
yet (PyQt6-QScintilla). The latest one I could find is v2.13.2.
