QScintilla DLL not loading

I'm getting this error when trying to load QScintilla 2.14.1:

 



 

As you can see, the files exist in the PyQt5 (version 5.15.10) folder:

 



 

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling QScintilla, but that didn't work. Any
ideas?
