aarch64 wheel of PyQt6-QScintilla

Hi Phil,

all PyQt6 packages contain a wheel for the Linux AArch64 architecture. 
Unfortunately the PyQt6-QScintilla package does not. Therefore I kindly 
ask to provide such a wheel. This would allow the installation of the 
eric-ide package without fiddling with the base system.
