[Eric] Refactored file not automatically reloaded

Hi,

thanks for the bug report. Please change line 410 of Refactoring.py to read

        openFiles = [Utilities.normcasepath(f) for f in vm.getOpenFilenames()]

The fix will be in the next 4.0 release and in the next plugin release.
