Check the build instructions carefully for PyQt4 and QScintilla. There
is (kind of) a circular dependency there. And remember that QScintilla
has a separate additional build for Python bindings. Lastly, for
building Eric, it's best to get the latest snapshots for all of it's
dependencies.
