[Eric] Django and Turbogears projects

[Jake B]

Eric can generate api files, right? Does the python file need to be
annotated with ScriptDoc? Or can I just pull Django in out of SVN and
have eric generate the api file automatically?
Instructions would be helpful. Please let me know.
