Check this:

http://www.riverbankcomputing.com/Downloads/QScintilla2/QScintilla-1.73-gpl-2.1.tar.gz

1.73 is qsintilla wrapper version
2.1 is qscintilla wrapped version
so it wraps qscintilla 2.1.
