[Eric] how to upgrade Eric4 on Windows

Hi,
I have installed Eric4 (version 4.0.1) on my Windows machine using
PyQt-Py2.5-gpl-4.3.3-2.exe<http://www.riverbankcomputing.com/Downloads/PyQt4/GPL/PyQt-Py2.5-gpl-4.3.3-2.exe>.


Now I am not sure, how to upgrade Eric4 to the last version.
