[Eric] Feature request: Class hierarchy view

Hi Mikhail,

unfortunately your feature wish didn't make it into 4.2. Please give a short 
specification on how the class hierarchy should be shown and what should be 
included. Once I have received this spec, I'll add your wish to the 4.3 todo 
list.
