I tried this download, but I still get the same error message as previously.

Here is what I did:

Download from:
http://bitbucket.org/agr/rope/get/tip.gz

Unzip. Untar.

Quit eric4

In the download directory containing "setup.py", enter:

c:\Python26\python   setup.py   install

Launch eric4

Highlight any method.

Refactoring > Query > Find Definition

I get the error message.
