Probably the other version appears before the newer one in PYTHONPATH.
I'm not sure this is the cleanest way of doing it; you can replace the
modules in ~/.eric/eric4plugins/RefactoringRope, by copying
rope/rope folder to
D:\Documents and Settings\alan2\_eric4\eric4plugins\RefactoringRope\.
(it overwrites old files).
