Hi,

this is some infor from the developer.

Today I installed Qt 4.5.0 and compiled the latest stable QScintilla, sip and 
PyQt. So far eric4 seems to work fine. However, I have to admit, that this 
setup hasn't been tested in depth. But I'll make it my default development 
setup, so problems (if any) should be seen shortly.
