[Eric] warning message (Can't update to the recent version)

Dear Eric users,

I just installed Eric 4 in my Ubuntu (Ubuntu 10.04 LTS - the Lucid Lynx) and
am running into

the following warning message (see below) which seems to prevent me from
updating to the recent version.

Can anybody help how to resolve this issue?
