[Eric] Debug mode & Breakpoints

Hi all

I have what I think is a problem(with eric4.4.1)  that  I'll try to explain.

When I run my scripts/project in debug mode (F5 or Shift+F5) setting some breakpoints (on places I'm sure that they should break the code) they sometimes are ignored by Eric, ie, the debugger simply doesn't stop and continues as if nothing happened.

Has anyone witnessed this behaviour?
Can this come from sort of configuration ?
