[Eric] The Debugger backend could not be started ?

I'm sure the FW dosen's block this ,
the steps I did are ,
0. install Qt 4.7.1 for MinGW and QtCreator
1. install python 2.6.6
2. install pythonxy
3. uninstall pyqt 4.5.2
4. install pyqt 4.8.3
5. install eric
