[Eric] Eric on Windows.

I have eric on ubuntu and I like it. However on windows Eric is a pain to
   install, installing all individual compenets and hope that you can
compile
   qscinitlla etc. Will there ever be a prepared package installer so that
   eric can be installed painlessly on Windows?
