Documentation request

Is there a pdf or web page that has the documentation for eric7. 
Attempting to bring up the help text in the app launches a browser that 
immediately hangs with an error message that it cannot load the "ad 
information".  I can kill the browser and get back to the editor. There 
is no docs otherwise that I can find on the eric-ide site.
