[PyKDE] Spams

Dear list member,

because of the permanently spam annoyances, i decided to restrict 
the posting privilege to the mailing list members only !

This restriction should solve the spam problem, but has the 
consequence that you can only post messages to the list with
your registered email address. So please tell me if you want to send 
mails with an other email address, as well.
