[PyKDE] Tutorial + resources

Dear people,

Maik Roeder has helped me a lot by updating my tutorial to
version 0.9 of the bindings - a task I've postponed myself
for far too long. Anyway, they are up to date again, thanks
to Maik.

Apart from that, I've written a small page with pointers to
pages of interest to the PyKDE/Qt developer. Steve, could
you take a look at it and tell me whether you've got some
more suggestions?
