[PyKDE] gcc2.96

Bill Soudan is testing gcc2.96 fixes right now (and finding some
bugs in the fixes). When he's done, I'll have a little cleanup and
packaging to do, so we should have a repair kit for PyKDE2/gcc2.96
in about a week or so.

The next full release will be "shortly" after KDE3.0 final is
released. It'll probably be a sip3.0 release followed shortly after
by a sip3.1 release.
