[PyKDE] ANN: SIP/PyQt v3.5 & QScintilla v0.3 Released

SIP v3.5, PyQt v3.5 and QScintilla v0.3 have all been released and are 
available at the usual place at http://www.riverbankcomputing.co.uk/

Highlights of PyQt v3.5:
    - full support for Qt v3.1.1
    - greatly enhanced support for Qtopia v1.5.0
    - full support for QScintilla v0.3

Highlights of QScintilla v0.3:
    - merged with Scintilla v1.49
    - drag'n'drop support
    - complete Unicode support
    - brace matching
    - automatic indentation
    - different end-of-line characters
    - whitespace visibility
    - full i18n support with German translations

SIP v3.5 is a minor upgrade but is needed by PyQt v3.5.
