The alpha4 update is available in the usual place at theKompany.
This is only an install bugfix - if you had no problems installing
alpha3 there isn't any need to upgrade.

As sip 3.1 is nearing release, please keep in mind that PyKDE2 will
still require sip 3.0 and will not work with sip 3.1 until sometime
after PyKDE2-3.0 (for KDE 3.0) is released. 

sip 3.1 will have little effect on the current PyKDE2 from the
user's point of view (it's mostly sip syntax and build changes for
PyKDE2), but the direction sip is going will enable future
enhancements.
