[PyKDE] PyQt semaphore.py example on Windows

Hi,

Has anyone been able to run the semaphore example on Windows 2000?  I'm using
PyQt 3.3.2, Python 2.2.1, and Qt 3.0.5.  Here's what I see:

   Example         Platform       Test
  ---------------------------------------
   semaphore.py    Linux          OK
   semaphore.py    Windows 2000   Locks up
   C++ semaphore   Windows 2000   OK
