[PyKDE] PyQt on iPAQ / PyQt on OpenZaurus

FYI: Recent modifications by sharp or trolltech broke PyQt
compatibility with the iPAQ and Zaurus running Familiar/Opie respectively
OpenZaurus.

I've submitted a patch to opie-cvs which got its way in and now PyQt
runs again on Familiar/Opie and OpenZaurus.
