[PyKDE] working table statistics example conversion

Hi Phil et al.,

this is the more pretentious table/statistics example and it's working already!
Would be nice, if somebody could proof read it.

It differs a bit from the c++ version:
 - a bit redundancy removed 
 - a bit cleaner implementation

Phil: -> examples, please (the last for today ;-)
