[PyKDE] Can anyone build PyQt on windows?

I am on a AMD K6 333 w/ 96 megs of ram.  I am assuming that linking may take 
more than a half hour?

Qt took 2 hours to compile and almost kiled the machine when it tried to link 
the styles.
