Hello,
yes, it seems to be broken right now, but Ricardo told me that PyQt 3.11
will make it into the repos in a few days.
You can either compile PyQt yourself for this time or get the old sip
3.8 from testing and do not upgrade ut until PyQt 3.11 is ready.
