Some will, some won't. The non-commercial version is based on Qt v2.3.0, a 
very old version.

If you get hold of the original PyQt tarball you will find a directory called 
examples2, which contains the examples/tutorial code for Qt v2.x, and one 
called examples3 which contains the same for Qt v3.x. The platform doesn't 
matter.

You don't need an install key. You need a copy of the non-commercial versions 
of PyQt and Qt.
