[PyKDE] Using relative paths with SIP configuration

Hello,

there seems to be a problem in using relative paths with configure.py in SIP
4.2 (probably even before). Assuming SIP source is in /sip, if I configure
specifying "build" as installation directory for everything (-b build -d
build -e build -v build), I end up with some files installed within
/sip/build and others within /sip/sipgen/build.
