[PyKDE] sipconfig, sip 4.3.2

Hi
   I do have sip, version 4.3.2 installed on my computer but when trying to 
compile pyqwt it complained about a lack of sipconfig.py. I downloaded the 
newest version from riverbank but I could not find it in the archive. I am 
using Debian and have all the python,sip4,qt3,dev packages installed from 
http://diotavelli.net/files/deb binary/.
