[PyKDE] setOn attribute not supported by pyuic4?

To eliminate mistakes in your description and to eliminate mistakes in my 
interpretation of your description - particularly as your original post was 
almost unreadable.

setOn() is a Qt3 compatibility slot. PyQt4 does not support the Qt3 
compatibility stuff.
