In the next release (PyKDE 3.16.1), configure.py -x should disable the
konsolepart stuff, and extensions/dcopext.py should be compatible back to
Python 2.2.
Let me know if either is still a problem (the release will be towards the end
of next week, although I can make a copy available if you want to check it
out sooner)
