No, you misunderstood that (apart from PyKDE not "being there" when GSoC
started), the python support in KDevelop is about having a language
plugins that provides things like code-navigation, code-completion,
extended highlighting and eventually even refactoring. All this is coded
in C++ (which was quite a challenge for my student to be honest).
