Aha, that behavior is precisely what I was hoping for, great.
However, I saw this failure [1] in Ubuntu, where your 4.0.2-1 (¹) gets
built agains KDE 4.0.3, and it fails because it can't find ksycocafactory.h.
Hence I assumed it was expecting extra/kde403.
Maybe the magic is not working properly in configure.py? (I'm sorry, I
don't have KDE 4.0.3 packages handy to check myself.)

(¹) It's 4.0.2-1 indeed, even though the page says it's 4.0.3. That's
just a minor issue the packager had.
