[PyQt] How to deploy PyQt Applications for Mac users

Hi Sven,
In the past I've used py2app. If I remember correctly, it's pretty
straightforward. Just make sure you have everything (Python, Qt, SIP,
PyQt, etc.) compiled as universal binaries (i386 and ppc).
