[PyQt] undefined symbol typeinfo for QXmlDefaultHandler

I have the following error:

undefined symbol typeinfo for QXmlDefaultHandler

when from a python shell I do:

from PyQt4.QtXml import *

pyqt is cross compiled for arm, the other modules seems to work fine, 

some hints?
