[PyQt] ANN: New eric 4.4 snapshot released

Hi,

I'd like to inform all of you about the immediate availability of a new eric 
4.4 snapshot. It fixes a few bugs and adds these new features.

- added the SQL Browser tool to inspect databases
- added an improved bookmark system to the help viewer
- added some additional actions to improve the help viewer

It is available via 
http://sourceforge.net/project/eric-ide/files.
