[PyQt] Disk usage and PyQt

Hi all,

I'm in need of a small PyQt4 application that gives me in the model-tree format the disc usage percentage for all of the discs mounted on my machine (as well the possibility to add new discs)

Does anyone have something of the sort that I can build on or at least any advices ?
