[PyQt] setCursor does not seem to work as expected in graphicsScene/View

confirmed.

looked ok on a first test. but further tests behaved as you have
described.

have to test this further. but the good thing still is that if i press the
desired mode key again outside an item the view at least then switches to
the correct cursor. for now that is good enough for me. but i will see if i
can find the reason for the undesired behaviour  ...
