[PyQt] pyqtdeploy seems to ignore encoding of my files

Hello,
I'm trying pyqtdeploy 0.5 on Windows. My python 3.4 files are encoded in
UTF-8 but pyqtdeploy reads the files as if they were encoded in CP-1252,
the Windows standard.

Can I change this behavior somehow?
