[PyQt] qscintilla configure.py: Error: Unable to create the C++ code.

All I did was modify line 59 of configure.py so name = 'PyQt5.Qsci' because
I wanted it to end up in the same place as the binary build. But i tried
changing it back and that didn't seem to make a difference.
